Your information at the school

The school stores your account name and email, optional parish and patron saint, learning path and language preference, course progress, and assessment responses. Previously submitted catechist messages may remain in school records.

Who can see it?

You can see your own learning records. School administrators and catechists can access records needed to teach, grade, and respond to account requests. Previously submitted messages are accessible to school staff.

Certificate verification links disclose the recipient’s name, course, result, issue date, and issuer to signed-in users with the link. Share these links only when you want to share that record.

Cookies and services

Neon Auth manages password hashes, email verification codes, and sessions. HTTPS-only, HTTP-only cookies keep you signed in. Neon sends registration verification, email sign-in codes, and password-recovery emails. Its authentication records may include device information and IP addresses. The application runs on Vercel and stores records in Neon Postgres. The church logo and course illustrations are served locally. Calendar text is fetched server-side from Ponomar. External resource websites have their own privacy practices.

Corrections and account requests

Ask the school to correct your information, close your account, or discuss retention of educational records through the church contact page. You can change your password and preferences in your account settings.
